Winter is introversion, darkness, silence and slowing down. The winter asks us to pause, go inside and be patient. It is the resting part of the cycle where ice and snow create mirrors for us to reflect our lives upon, while we wait for the light to return. During this time, when the world appears seemingly dead, life is teeming beneath the frozen earth, preparing for its spring emergence.
In our world right now, we’ve been asked to stay inside, slow down, be patient. If this current state is like the winter, then our minds are the life underground, as we amplify our energy, cultivate new ideas and prepare for an explosive new season of growth, love and potential.
The winter can be cold, but we are still warm in our hearts.
